We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal and analytical skills to assist us with on-going research and support in the area of labour market information and economics.
This position involves the collection of worker needs and shortage information from employers in various locations in Alberta and compiling this information into a standardized reporting format. It also involves providing direct telephone assistance to individuals who are looking for employment information that can assist them in finding a suitable job.
Ideally you will have experience in research, conducting telephone surveys and working with Microsoft Office (primarily Excel). You will also possess excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
An education background in business, economics, or the social sciences would be preferred.
