Large Distribution Company Located at Keele & Highway 7 is in need of an Scheduler/Administrative Assistant to join the team on a long-term contract

Duties Include:
Assisting with the Scheduling of shipments and orders
Responsible for scheduling order staging to ensure the fulfillment of product requests
Data entry of all equipment requests
Assist in tracking the location, transfers, receiving and disposal of product using inventory processes
Reports to management areas of concern regarding issues within inventory control and assists in preparation and conducting of physical inventories as required
Various administrative duties, reports, correspondence, data entry, follow-ups
Online Inventory Management
Various administrative duties (i.e. filing, faxing, memos, correspondence)

Mandatory Skills & Experience:
Must have a Logistics and/or Manufacturing background
Must have previous experience managing Inventory Systems
Must have experience in scheduling shipments and orders
Must have experience within a logistics oriented position
Advanced computer skills (i.e. MS Office)
Flawless communication skills both written & verbal
