Great company to work for, always hiring. Stable job
Good training requirements and documentation practices. The company invests heavily on ensuring that all employees have a training matrix that outlines the training they must complete prior to starting their job. Great benefits and flexible work hours.
opportunities to grow and learn, pro-active, take initiative to succeed.

This was my first "real job," so for me my perspective is overall a positive one. The workload was very manageable, the work environment was fun, and the pay was decent - though my expectations weren't very high as this was my first full-time corporate job.)
The company is known to pay slightly lower than the average big pharma company. I was only a 1-year contract, so cannot speak too much on being a long-term employee; however, I've often heard that it is very hard to move up to better internal positions unless you know someone in management.
Great work-life balance
Must know people to move up to better internal jobs
