Productive and fun work place with different activities to make employees alive
Manager (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON19 July 2017
Typical day at work includes regular working included with lunch break and active game areas in which you play as well as team building and discussing issues regarding work. NO BOSS culture, all employees calling eachother by names, open door rooms if you wanna talk to any higher management. work completion is more important than In and out timings.

Great people, OK Leadership
Senior Delivery Manager (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON22 June 2017
The various teams and people that you interact with are great, all of them are collaborative and want to see each other succeed.

Leadership tends to be overdone with too many people in power positions, taking away from the salaries needed for the do-ers of the organization.

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON6 June 2017
Management is understanding and supportive.
There are a lot of events for networking and meeting people from other department. Condescending and rude customers are the hardest part of the job.

Typical call centre environment
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON5 May 2017
If you are working in the call centre, the environment is generally stressful with a ridiculously high volume of calls because of high-turnover, which means always under-staffed. Management is kind of a joke, except for a select few, even though they are all very nice. Comments that should be reported to HR happen constantly in this place, strangely mostly by managers.
Pros
It's a job, pay is ok, bonuses that are actually attainable
Cons
Being under-staffed, lack of teamwork, poor on-floor management

Unfriendly work enviroment
Bilingual Customer Service (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON4 April 2017
I worked their as a bilingual customer service taking calls from CIBC employees.
Their training programs were poorly designed, it lacked elaboration, teachers were not informative. Supervisors are unhelpful, sometimes they are rude. Knowledge base is available but it is disorganized, it takes you long time to find a piece of information which is needed. New hires are not given enough time to know the technology. Many employees are nothing more than sycophants to prolong their contracts.
Pros
Nothing
Cons
rude co workers except for fews. Uninformative supervisors and management.

Great work environment
Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON19 March 2017
Overall, great work environment, family friendly culture, flexible to accommodate personal life.
Depending on the position, it might take long years to get promoted or grow in your career as it is a very stable company with very low turn over, nobody leaves unless they are retiring making it very difficult to climb the career ladder.

Human Resources Representative (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON27 February 2017
You clock in, do your thing, if you need assistance, you cant go to management because they lack knowledge. You can refer to other coworkers, however at times they are reluctant to assist you.

However the work life is pretty good, the latest you can work to is to 6pm, and your weekends are free.

I had a good experience, I learn lot from mistakes, from others colleagues and from the support team.
Is only the way wich is how the training is done is not the best, but still a lot of good things I could learn from it.
Great team!

Worked with a lot of wonderful people. Very professional.
Customer Service Specialist (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON24 January 2017
I had a great time working there, made lots of connections. Learned a lot about benefits and pensions. However the department I worked with was managed very badly, and unfortunately that is what I think lead to the disintegration of the Small-Market Dept.
Pros
Great location.
Cons
Bad Management.
