Great pay and benefits
Welder (Current Employee), Kentwood, MIAugust 25, 2014
Pros: paid lunch, great holiday and vacation package
Cons: due to unfortunate circumstances the kentwood plant is being closed.
Anchor Danly was a company with great potential. Unfortunately due to a slow down in the economy and the cost of maintaining the machinery needed to run a shop effectively this shop is closing.

Anchor Danly is a great place to work and take care of their employees
Process Technician (Former Employee), Ithaca, MIJanuary 7, 2013
Pros: free travel, lunches, golf and education
Cons: probably to much responsibility for one employee.
I would always start my day by walking through the shop greeting employees and looking for concerns or problems, I then would check inventory levels and order material as needed. I had alot of responsibilities so I had to be able to flexible and ready to switch gears at a moments notice and work as many hours as needed. I have equired many skills from my years here that will be valuable in my next job. Management was great here I have no complaints and my co-workers were great as well. The hardest part of my job was trying to take care of so many things at once and also seeing them through, I was spread very thin but I learned how to do it and was successful at it
