Duties include troubleshooting and diagnosing problems over the telephone.
Quoting recommended service and maintenance parts.
Contributing to the improvement of existing designs.
Opportunities to travel and troubleshoot systems in the field.
Successful Candidates Must Possess
Completion of Mechanical Engineering Diploma or Degree required
Strong Interpersonal skills and pleasant telephone demeanour
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Outstanding organizational and follow up abilities
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines
Valid driver's licence and passport
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and XP
Inventor or Solidworks experience will be an asset
