Not a good experience...
Double Checker - Vault (Former Employee), Denver, CODecember 17, 2013
Pros: nice friendly people
Cons: shady-ness from upper management
Met great people there, although I developed Carpe Tunnel Syndrome through repetitive motion doing double check in the Vault, filed a Workman's Comp claim and was DENIED because their Concentra Dr. Said it wasn't work related, when this is the first job I've had since 2009. He even diagnosed with CTS but said it wasn't job related... Go figure. So I – more... resigned. I guess Big Government Corporations such as these challenge EVERY WC claim that is filed. Even when it's the truth. I can't work for a company that treats employees badly after a WC claim is filed. Too shady... Breaks were on time. The night managers are really good at that, and when it's time to leave they make sure to announce that too. My two bosses were great :) Lunch would be provided sometimes and even the Part timers got to share it too :) lots of micromanagement though, with fellow employees. – less

Shady Management
Warehouse Supervisor (Former Employee), GADecember 5, 2013
Pros: incentive pay
Cons: bad communication
I learned that a working supervisor is just another way to say you are an hourly employee. The hardest part of the job was working with a manager that does not listen and is a narcisist especially when the DC director is his personal friend. this company has a fake image and does not care about it's associates just getting the manual pick side finished – more... and treats the shipping Dept. like "The back end of the operation" this company is a joke that has to promote it's own image so job seekers beware. – less

Pros: good pay and benefits
Cons: no communication between management
WENT INTO WORK STARTED YOUR JOB ,YOU KNEW WHAT YOU WERE TO DO TO GET THE JOB DONE.

THE HARDEST PART OFTHE JOB WAS WHEN YOU HAD TO STRUGGLE WITH HEAVEY PRODUCT YOU NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE WAS ON THE TOP SHELF AND HARD TO GET TO, AND MANAGEMENT DID NOTHING ABOUT IT.

THE MOST ENJOYABLE PART OF THE JOB WAS KNOWING YOU DID ALL YOU COULD DO TO GET THE – more... JOB DONE . – less

Great people and working place
Reimbursement Counselor (Former Employee), San Bruno, CANovember 25, 2013
Pros: free parking
Cons: short breaks
I learned a lot from this company. I learned how to work individually and with a group. We have a weekly meeting to see if there are things we need to improve and new things that we should learn. I like how they organize everything so that we wont feel overwhelmed. Hardest part of the job is where we are given a little time to train on certain new product – more... but once I get the hang of it, everything's going great. Love how the co-workers and managers feels like a family. – less

A good place to work
Data Entry Specialist (Former Employee), Frisco, TXNovember 22, 2013
Pros: i had good coworkers and i enjoyed working there.
Cons: they let me go, stating i was not up to their standards, when i was performing as well as others in my position.
There was almost always enough work to do. My coworkers were nice, competent, and hardworking. My trainer was thorough and communicated what I needed to learn clearly. My boss was intelligent, communicated well and was understanding and worked with me when I needed to leave work early to take care of personal business, as well as letting me make up – more... the time. – less

Worst place ever to work at
Reimbursement Counselor (Former Employee), Monroeville, PANovember 15, 2013
Pros: clocking out each day
Cons: everything!
Never work for this company. If you respect yourself and mankind, you'll run from this place. Job is extremely stressful and thankless. As a 3 year devoted reimbursement counselor, I was basically pushed out the door so they could not give me a raise. They just want to hire new people occasionally so the pay rate stays down. Your job basically consists – more... of being on hold with insurance companies for the duration of an 8 hour shift. If you don't get the quota of casework out a day, even if its out of your control, they will fire you. You could give your best and they say thats not good enough. If you want to be rushed, stressed out and always scared your going to be terminated, then this is the job for you! You are constantly getting emails all day telling you to work faster and to not talk to anybody. Emails were monitored and there is no privacy at your desk. Rules were always changing. They expect quantity over quality. They promise overtime yet Never give it, unless you are one of the "chosen" employees. They have weekly meetings which are just the supervisors screaming at all the employees for not "being perfect". There is no opportunity for advancement unless you are a total butt-kisser. Supervisors have no personality are very cold and there is so much favoritism. They will see you in the hallway and not say a word, but when you get to your seat you'll receive a long degrading email from that same supervisor. They promise raises and job advancements but when the time comes, they give lame excuses as to why they can't achieve either of those options. Yearly raises are .20 cents at best if given. They don't train anybody and expect you to work a caseload. If you have a question about a new rule, dont dare ask management, you are told to figure it out by reading a piece of paper called an SOP which is a typed up bunch of nonsense. The employees were forced to clean the kitchen and refrigerator and tables daily. The company makes millions, yet is too cheap to hire a janitor. The parking lot is 10 min from the door. They give occurrences for sneezing too loud and for simply being out of your seat. Oh and if you have an important phone call to make, you are only allowed to take it in a room where there is a camera watching you at all times. Worst place to work. – less

Long Day's Work
Warehouse Associate II (Former Employee), Roanoke, TXNovember 11, 2013
We were hired on as full time employees. So I agreed I could work Monday through Friday from 4pm until the job was done. I had no idea that would mean anywhere from 2am to 5am in the morning. The pay per hour was only $12 but they expect you to perform fast paced grueling work for very long hours, minimum breaks, and it ruins your feet, sleep, and health.

Order Picker (Former Employee), Glen Allen, VANovember 2, 2013
Pros: always kept you informed with the companies progress
Cons: that you had to run to fill orders
This job was very challenging...I haven't worked hard labor over 10 years so I wasn't prepared for what I endured.I have to admit I felt great when I left there at night. We were measured by our time that it took to fill the orders. I really got a carido work out.
