Reporting to the Director of Enrolment Management, the Enrolment Advisor is responsible for increasing the quantity and quality of students enrolling at Ambrose University College. The position builds and facilitates relationships with undergraduate and seminary prospects and influencers through networking with prospective students, churches, parents, and schools. This position requires frequent travel within Alberta, British Columbia & Saskatchewan throughout the year and particularly between the months of September and December. Evening and weekend work is required.

This is an ideal position for a person that enjoys travelling and working irregular hours. The position will appeal to those that are able to work independently with minimal supervision, have strong initiative and sound judgement. Exceptionally networking, inter-personnel and communications skills are essential to succeed in this position.


-Undergraduate degree;
-One to two years of related experience, preferably in customer service;
-Strong information technology skills (Microsoft Office and Blackbaud);
-Proficient administrative skills;
-Ability to create and deliver presentations;
-Ability to plan and manage projects (e.g. travel schedules, planning events);
-High attention to detail and ability to prioritize within tight deadlines;
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and able to rent a vehicle;
-Ability to travel often and work evenings, weekends and irregular hours;
-Able to lift heavy items (+40 lbs).
