Altra Construction Rentals Inc. is one of the fastest growing rental companies in Southern Ontario. As a business with over 10 years of experience within the industry, a large fleet of equipment and a commitment to bring quality service and solutions to our customers, we are now seeking a qualified candidate to add to our team as Rental Coordinator/Inside Sales Representative.
Duties will include: Securing equipment rentals from inbound calls and providing expert advice to customers for appropriate equipment selection, assisting with coordination of logistics including preparing contracts/paperwork and ensuring returned equipment goes through ‘check-in’ process, assisting with billing overflow as necessary and other day-to-day tasks as assigned by Director of Rentals and Sales.
Key qualities candidates will possess: MUST be very knowledgeable of aerial/general construction rental equipment with emphasis on JLG, Skyjack, Gradall and Genie brands and MUST be able to multi-task while exercising an eye for detail within a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and teamwork skills are a definite asset, as is the ability to identify additional sales or rental opportunities. Candidates must also have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Pay Rate: Based on experience and qualifications.
