Responsible for supporting the collection and ongoing improvement of Almita’s corporate quality assurance and processes, as well as compilation of the information necessary for the successful completion of turnover packages. Works collaboratively to complete administrative tasks related to the Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.

Works collaboratively with the Field Supervisors, Swampers, Quality Assurance Manager and QA team to meet deadlines and maintain high level of organisation and productivity.
Supports a strong culture of quality through the communication, metrics and processes delivered and implemented.
Takes accountability for assignments and projects, performs to Almita’s quality standards and addresses deficiencies immediately.
Demonstrate diligence in verifying completion of documentation, transferring data to appropriate databases and spreadsheets while maintaining accuracy and fidelity of information.
Proactively assists in preparing and maintaining all documentation to ensure compliance with program standards and certification requirements.
Looking for efficiencies and addressing concerns in a timely manner to ensure high quality of work.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Completion of High School
Experience working with ISO 9001 is an asset
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
1-3 yrs experience in an administrative capacity in a construction or manufacturing
