Duties include, but not limited to:
- Primary support to regional manager and territory sales force
(mail, e-mail, calendars, reports, filing, travel arrangements)
- Customer service
- Event promotion via phone calls to customers
- Receptionist (answering phones, and greeting visitors to office)
- Maintaining up to date office records (filing and data entry)
- Maintain a efficient and orderly office
- Ordering and keeping track of office supplies
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Special projects (help with meetings, marketing projects)

Qualifications desired:
- college degree or equivalent experience
- ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees and customers
- self-starter, high level of motivation, ability to work independently and also as a member of a team
- excellent verbal, written and oral communications
- excellent organization and follow up skills
- ability to manage multiple assignments
- attention to detail and high level of accuracy

No payroll duties are included with this position

Computer skills:
- advanced Microsoft Office skills
- typing minimum 70 wpm
- dictation/transcription skills
