What we need:
Post secondary education in computer related field
Microsoft Server related Certifications such as MCSE, MCSA
3-5 years experience working in Active Directory and Group Policy
1-3 years experience working with converged networks
Hands on experience troubleshooting networks at the packet level
1-3 years experience in VoIP environment
Proven experience deploying and managing Windows servers
1-3 experience working with VMware or equivalent Virtualization systems
Proactive, creative problem solving
Demonstrated ability to work well with people
Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
Ability to be flexible with work hours for after hours projects
What you’ll do:
Maintain and deploy Servers onsite
Troubleshoot low level network problems
Administration of our VDI environment
Manage our virtualization environment
Manage and maintain our SAN
Regularly review security audit logging
Maintain and develop documentation
Support and mentor helpdesk personnel
Gain valuable experience working with our cutting edge VoIP call centre platform
Work within our cloud environment on windows servers and the services they host.
