As a result of our growing business, we are looking for talented, dedicated and enthusiastic people to join our client focused environment as permanent full time and part time Inbound Customer Service Agents.

As one of our valued Inbound Customer Service Agents, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our many well known and established North American clients.
Rate of pay - $12-13.50/hr plus monthly bonus
Inbound Customer Service Agent positions available for English speaking applicants and French or Spanish bilingual candidates

A comprehensive training program and ongoing support/mentoring from our team leaders
1-2 years in a Call Centre Environment
An ability to work evenings and weekends
Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written format
Proficient computer/keyboarding skills(Windows based environment)-candidates who demonstrate superior computer skills will be given preference
Minimum High School Diploma
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – a commitment to understanding and delivering effective customer service
Self motivated with an ability to set goals and achieve them
Professional and courteous telephone etiquette
An ability to work and succeed in a fast paced environment
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to recognize issues and resolve them
Listening skills with the ability to show empathy
An ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
Self learner with ability to apply information and adapt to changes
