Alliance iCommunications is currently looking to hire for permanent part time and full time Inbound Customer Service Agents!
As a result of our current employee’s performance at Alliance iCommunications, we have new positions available that are required to support growth with one of our current providers as well as the addition of a new client within our London, Ontario office.
We are looking to add Permanent Full Time and Part Time Inbound Customer Service Agents that are talented, dedicated and enthusiastic to support our growing customer base.
Rate of pay - $12/hr.
Inbound Customer Service Agent positions available for English speaking applicants and French or Spanish bilingual candidates with language bonus
Health, Dental and Vision Benefits Fully paid for by Alliance
1-2 years in a Call Centre Environment Preferred
An ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends
Ability to read, write and communicate fluently and effectively in English
Proficient computer and keyboarding skills in a Windows based environment
High School Diploma Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – a commitment to understanding and delivering effective customer service
Self-motivated with an ability to set goals, own the goals and achieve them
Professional and courteous telephone etiquette
An ability to work and succeed in a fast paced environment
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to recognize issues and resolve them
Listening skills with the ability to show empathy
An ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
