A typical day at work includes sitting on the phone, processing information from people calling in and sending it to another department to get tow trucks to them. I've learned how to use google maps better. Management can be very uncaring at times. My coworkers are awesome. The hardest part of the job is the stress, which is not helped by the new clean desk policy, where even if there is an hour in between calls you are unable to read books or even doodle on a piece of paper, and if you have a cold there are no longer any garbage cans to throw your tissues in. The most enjoyable part of the job is the co workers.
