Learned and experienced a lot.
Marketing Assistant and Teacher (Current Employee) –  PhilippinesJuly 8, 2016
In the three companies I've worked with I did a lot of paper work and communicating with people. I learned that you cannot please everyone and that you have to always do and strive for excellence. Management wise, they are able to run the company well and to somehow take care of their employees. I believe that in any job, co-workers are a big part of it. When one feels welcomed and accepted by colleagues it makes doing the job easier. The hardest part of jobs I have worked in is talking to different people who have different attitudes and temperament. The most enjoyable part of any job I have worked at is the fulfillment that I was able to accomplish what I have set out to do/my goal.
Pros
colleagues
Cons
travel time

Busy Bee at work!
Manager (Former Employee) –  Vancouver, BCMay 26, 2016
Being the hub of operations for a busy hotel is always interesting. Typical day at work consisted of my daily duties, checking in with all departments and conducting a daily meeting to start our day to ensure our guests were taken care of. Two days were never the same, which was always fun. We built a wonderful team, therefore everyone worked gracefully together.

Worst Company in Canada.
Many (Former Employee) –  West paint shop OshawaJanuary 10, 2016
a typical day to work at Robinsons Solutions is to show up untrained and sent blindly into a factory you can only navigate through time spent in the building because you arent shown ANYTHING by the lazy management. Working for this company taught me that management is unfair and condesending in factory life as well as they can get away with whatever they want including telling the union (Teamsters) what to do. I have never seen a union fold to such pathetic rulings until working for Robinsons. Coworkers are usually alright, they have to deal with the same vulgar behavior from the supervisors as everyone else. The hardest part of the job was being in dark, tight, smelly places all the while being told to hurry up and avoid safety if it can get the job done faster. The most enjoyable part of the job was the days when the supervisor for our shift was hung over and let us work at our own pace which only seemed to happen a couple times a month. I wouldnt recommend working for this company unless you lack moral value and enjoy being treated like a pile of S*** for working hard.
Pros
bi weekly paycheck
Cons
too many to post.
