Head office management and employees are very positive and easy to be around. Lots of support from all aspects of the company.
Operations Manager (Former Employee) – Saskatoon, SK – 5 October 2016
The interaction with the management and staff at head office and other branches is fantastic, A great group to work with, learn with and from. Very positive experience overall. The team is comprised of many qualified and intelligent people. I would go back in a heart beat.
Support from across the country when you need it. Great relationships developed.
Saskatoon branch has been crippled by terrible gm's and supervisors.
Service Technician (Former Employee) – Saskatoon, SK – 20 January 2017
Challenging to work for. In 8 years management changed six times. Doesnt pay for your hard work, must fight to get a raise or get paid your expenses. Minium 3 month waits to get expenses. Supervisor not very knowledgeable about product in saskatoon. Costs the company more money then he makes. Csp's are wonderful and so are the other service technicians but everyone knows management makes or breaks the job. No real safety talks or class room training is done unless the Supervisor is pressured by management in Edmonton. Overall, do not work for AWW Saskatoon Branch unless you are looking to be underpaid and appreciated.
Co-workers are wonderful, both on the service and shipping ends.
Underpaid, under appreciated and most of all just terrible management in Saskatoon.
Service Tech III (Former Employee) – Calgary, AB – 9 May 2016
All Weather Windows was an excellent place to work for the first 6 years of my employment. Management was very receptive to changes that were suggested by employees. However, within the last 4 years of my employment, management was changed 3 times. The new management was not receptive to suggestions on improving service issues.
My co workers within the service department were great to work with and would lend a hand when they could. The job was demanding and required a lot of travel. The hardest part of the job was the heavy lifting that I was doing by myself. I worked by myself, and out of town quite often.
I enjoyed fixing issues that customers were having, and seeing how happy and thankful they were. I also enjoyed working with most of my co workers and made some really good friends.
Overall, my experience at All Weather was good. It definitely changed within the last 4 years after the management change.

Impressive Company. Has the ability to attract talent and is equipped with advanced technology. Most importantly loving what I do! Handling situations with a positive attitudes is always a great way of solving and maintaining it (Very important when you implement a new software)
i like AWW but not paying as per reponsibility given.
QA Technician (Current Employee) – Edmonton, AB – 16 January 2014
I like work for AWW but they are not paying as responsibilities given and did not like to afternoon shift as i have family. I am team player. I can work any job which company ask me to do with timely manner.
Service Technician (Former Employee) – Edmonton, AB – 21 August 2013
It was nice because I was home every night for my children, but now my children are moved out so being home every night is no longer mandatory for me. The demand for big and better glass was too high and was harder for the old employees to handle.. felt like the company was trying to get rid of the old employees and take in the young employees who had less knowledge of the product but physically could handle it better.
