The Receptionist is the first point of contact for many of our customers and is responsible to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.

The Ideal Candidate will bring a proven track record of customer service and direct work experience in a receptionist capacity. They will bring excellent listening skills, organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast paced office environment, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities for this position include the following:

 Answer all incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate staff members, qualify any sales queries, screen calls to facility management, and greet walk-in customers
 Complete administration of Norstar phone system
 Monitor location of Sales Personnel, Managers, and VP’s
 Support Service Coordinator to close service calls
 Perform administrative duties for Managers and other staff including typing correspondence and folding invoices
 Coordinate AWW University sessions and hotel accommodations
 Coordinate outbound mail and couriers across Canada
 Accounts Payable duties
 Data entry
 Other administrative duties as required

Primary Qualifications Required:

 Minimum two - three years experience, in an administrative/reception position
 Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
 Strong Problem Solving Skills
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
 Penchant for detail and must possess above average organizational skills
 Excellent customer service skills and able to maintain a high degree of professionalism

Status of Position:

 Hours: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM
