Below is a list of duties and responsibilities for this position:

Showing self-storage rental units Making collection calls Making sure trucks are parked in an orderly manner
Renting storage units Selling merchandise (packaging supplies) Receiving customer parcels and placing them in storage
Renting trucks and trailers Responding to inquiries via e-mail and telephone messages Assisting the facility manager with daily, weekly and monthly operations
Receiving and processing payments Authorizing rent refund forms Cleaning and organizing the office
Filing and file organization Mailing of letters (invoices, late invoices, etc.) Performing a facility and locker check
Opening and closing the facility Maintaining a telephone inquiry log Stocking merchandise area
Cleaning up the kitchen area Verifying financials are balanced for the day Cleaning U-Haul trucks
