Below is a partial list of some of the duties and responsibilities required for this position:
Answering inquiry phone calls and booking mobile container self-storage rental units
Managing and tracking our truck delivery daily schedule; monitoring our Truck Location through real-time software system.
Managing and supervising the daily routing of our Mobile Container Truck Routes
Making collection calls
Selling merchandise (packaging supplies)
Responding to inquiries via e-mail and telephone messages and assisting the facility manager with daily, weekly and monthly operations
Receiving and processing payments; Authorizing rent refund forms
Maintain a clean, well-maintained and organized office and workspace.
Filing and file organization Mailing of letters (invoices, late invoices, etc.)
Opening and closing the facility, maintaining a telephone inquiry log
