All-Craft Decks & Sunrooms is currently looking for candidates for a General Labourer position in the Greater Halifax area

Terms of Employment: Full Time

Salary: $12.00 - $15.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: March 15, 2013

Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia

Assist skilled trades people and perform a wide range of tasks at construction sites
Demolition and waste removal
Cleaning and preparation of construction sites
Digging and trenching
Loading, unloading, identifying, and distributing materials and equipment
Assisting carpenters with framing
Pouring concrete
Act as a tool runner (distribute tools to and from project locations)
Spotting for heavy equipment (Guiding movement in and around work areas)
Cleaning of vehicles and/or equipment

Job Requirements:

Physical strength and stamina
Manual dexterity
Safety conscious attitude
Ability to work with others in a team
Previous construction experience an asset
Ability to work at heights
Valid driver’s license
