In the three companies I've worked with I did a lot of paper work and communicating with people. I learned that you cannot please everyone and that you have to always do and strive for excellence. Management wise, they are able to run the company well and to somehow take care of their employees. I believe that in any job, co-workers are a big part of it. When one feels welcomed and accepted by colleagues it makes doing the job easier. The hardest part of jobs I have worked in is talking to different people who have different attitudes and temperament. The most enjoyable part of any job I have worked at is the fulfillment that I was able to accomplish what I have set out to do/my goal.
