Job Description

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout
• Identify required tools and special equipment
• Decide the type and size of pipe required
• Locate and mark positions for connections
• Install supports and hangers for pipe
• Assemble and install valves
• Plan, Install, repair and maintain pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal,
• Plan, install, repair and maintain sinks, tubs, toilets, water heater, conditioner and other appliances
• Test pipe systems for leaks before completion
• Ensure that all specifications, legislation and policies are met
• Schedule work in cooperation with other trades

Requirements:

• Completion of college or apprenticeship program
• At least 3 years trades experience as plumber
• Plumber trade certification is preferred
• Fluent in English
• Basic mandarin is preferred
• Physically demanding

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time, 7 days availability
Salary $30-&35
Location: Great Vancouver Area
