Education and Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related education
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience

Required Competencies

  • Experience with analyzing documentation, processes and related information services
  • Excellent writing and documentation skills
  • Based on experience the ability to make quality recommendations and suggestions on related topics
  • A demonstrated ability to work well within a team
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Clear oral communication skills


  • The ability to analyze various levels of information and documentation which will include but not be limited to technical documentation, legal material related to Information technology (IT) services, various government

departmental processes and business requirements and Information Management documentation

  • Create detailed reports and documentation and provide direction and recommendations based on information and experience related to the specific topic at hand
  • Conduct research and assemble supporting documentation and details to make quality recommendations and suggestions
  • Clarify questions and issues based on related experiences and provide subject matter expert advice and direction on related topics when required

Analyzes the departmental business requirements and IT related projects and provide input and advice when required

  • Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Provide impact assessments for both short term and long term proposed and newly

implemented industry changes from either Government organizations or private industries.
