Outdoor Education Facilitators deliver the core of Easter Seals Camp Horizon’s year round rental group programs. Facilitators work with a small team of staff to deliver high quality, fun, safe, and inclusive outdoor education programs to a wide variety of user groups, including youth, school, corporate, and mandate groups serving persons with special needs.
As a facilitator, although you will spend most of your time delivering programs, you will find yourself in a variety of roles: assisting with site maintenance, developing new and existing program areas, helping to serve a meal, and much, much more! Easter Seals Camp Horizon is located in the Kananaskis country, 40 minutes southwest of Calgary.
All Outdoor Education Facilitators are provided with accommodations on site for the duration of their contract. Meals are provided when our food services team is already providing meals for groups on site, and a food allowance is provided during a work day when there is no food being prepared.
