- Lots of issues with upper management - Hire based on certifications rather than actual ability - Raises do not keep up with the market - HR will lowball starting salary - Excessive amounts of red tape to get anything done
Overall, the people are great, but the management, VP's, and HR are not good. They don't seem to know what they're doing. Lots of skilled, long term employees leaving because they're being underpaid or have no advancement opportunity. Lots of individuals being put into higher positions that have no idea what they're doing.
Good employees, very friendly
Poor upper management, poor HR hiring, low raises, lower salaries, lots of red tape
