Where people can contribute their plans and ideas on todays life with aviation and also whats are the challenges we have in our daily works and how to improved it. They make it as a competition among ourself. Employees are also able to gain more experience by communicating on only and 1 region, but also all the Airbus Entities worldwide because all the selected participant has been flown to Airbus HQ in Toulouse for the second round, which is to present their ideas. I am not selected, but i enjoyed for having a tremoundes experience that i could not get elsewhere.
