The successfuel candidate will have strong technical knowledge and understanding of the RR250 product. This position will assist with technical sales calls, prepare quotations, provide the business unit product support and perform other sales and marketing functions as required. This position will also help establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and potential customers. The candidate reports directly to Sales Manager.

*Preference wil be given to individuals with education in Aerospace industry; College diploma in related field would be an asset
*Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the RR250 product is required
*Working knowledge of Rolls-Royce publications and work instructions including overhaul and maintenance manuals, parts catalogues and service bulletins is required.
*Familiarity with current aviation regulations and standards, would be an asset
*Several years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment, would be an asset
*Excellent troubleshooting skills and knowledg of aircratt systems
*Sales experience in aerospace/aviation environment. Turboshaft experience is a definite asset
*Working knowledge of PC's with ability to learn new systems quickly
*Basic commercial financial knowledge is required
*Strong sense of urgency accompanied by understanding that the cusomer is never kept waiting.
*Ability to work in a team environment with collaborative communication and management style.
*Must be able to operate comfortably in a fast-paced dynamic environment and work with minimal supervision
*Strong planning, organizational, leadership, interpersonal, analytical, decision making, oral and written communication skills
*Strong negotiation, customer service and conflict resolution skills
*All other duties as assigned or requested.
