I've been hired on september 2015, fired 11 weeks later...
Superviseur satellite (Former Employee) –  QuebecDecember 18, 2015
This company has an enormous turnover rate and this is mainly related to poor senior management and HR. Overall incapacity to settle and confirm their vision throughout the employees.

Tremendous lack of leadership from top to bottom of the management teams. Co-workers just don't like people coming from other fields of expertise; It is to bad to see this happening within such a big company. People a treated like consumables, not humans. Exactly like the welding product they sell; Burn and throw out to garbage... Do go there, biggest mistake ever!
Pros
Clean and safe work environment

Outside Sales & Order Desk (Former Employee) –  Burlington, ONSeptember 2, 2015
Sales are ok but when they feel you are no longer an asset you are demoted or released. Meetings and strategies are hollow. Meet for the sake of meeting. Certain employees are treated better than others.
Pros
Good work environment pay rate adequate
Cons
Just a number person touch missing too may meetings too many negatives

• Regular Correspondence & Meetings with Air Liquide Project Engineering team regarding new facility construction & progress of project
• Air Liquide educated me on the different applications of Liquid Gases which would be produced at the new facility
• Hardest Part of the Job was leaving after the project. Its always sad to come to the end of such a successful project and have the fun come to an end
• Most enjoyable part...every day!

Good pay is thier only attribute
Driver/Operator Bulk Cryogenics (Current Employee) –  Sherwood Park, ABOctober 15, 2013
Unfortunately not all good. Payroll is constantly incorrect with repetitive withholding of pay for work performed through error or with arbitrary reasons.
Management plays 'pass the buck' from the top on down. Employee suggestions for improvement are encouraged then are consistently unacknowledged or 'lost' in the system.
Collect your paycheck then get the hell out of there. Don't expect a happy environment.
Pros
pay, 4/4 schedule
Cons
everything else

Regional Supervisor, Northern BC (Former Employee) –  Northern BC and other parts of CanadaApril 30, 2012
you are overworked, underappreciated and left to hang out to dry the moment that you question senior management decisions which reflect their own personal missions and promotion of their own agendas to the detriment of the client.

What a waste of 27 years of my life.
Pros
as long as you kiss up to them you can move ahead
Cons
overworked, understaffed, mislead
