Reporting to the Commercial Jet Manager, you will be based in our Toronto office in Canada; the Inside Sales Executive position is responsible for building up a list of potential clients and handling their requirements with either domestic or international commercial charter inquiries from start to finish offering tailored solutions suitable to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development
  • Account Management
  • Cold- calling new potential clients
  • Generation of a portfolio of clients
  • Client relationship management
  • Co-ordination of commercial charter bookings
  • Achievement of revenue targets


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working within aviation operations or previous proactive airline sales experience either in commercial or executive jet sales
  • Educated to Bachelor level
  • Verbal and written fluency in business English required
  • Passion for aviation ideally but not essential as training is given
  • This is an entry level position
