Messy place to work
Professional sercices (Current Employee), Mississauga, ONJuly 26, 2012
Pros: product sales for employees at very good prices
Cons: everything else
AIMIA is undergoing a big "Transformation" process that is breaking the company apart, absolutely no management support-knowledge, no organization or plans.

Aeroplan, which is owner of AIMIA, is experimenting new management techniques and metodologies to "improve" the company to then implement it at Aeroplan, but until now, nothing seems to work in – more... AIMIA.

Stay away of this company, is just a mess. – less

No work life balance.
Customer Relationship Coordinator (Former Employee), Dayton, OHDecember 1, 2013
You are not paid extra to work saturdays. Its very hard work and very little pay. In six months one person has quit every month.

Great people ... incredible stress
Just a former employee (Former Employee), Plymouth MNAugust 7, 2013
Aimia carries on the tennents of the old Carlson Marketing - a high stress environment where every fall there is a RIF with hiring frenzy after the first of the year ... Understaffed with high demand for output ... most key staff work 50+ hours a week for mediocre benefits ... Management focus is on cutting costs at all cost ... that is their bottom – more... line. – less
