We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and well-spoken individual to join our team as a B2B telemarketer.
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a service.
- Ability to understand customer objections and resolve them promptly.
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and enter into database.
- Record reactions of prospects contacted.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
- Research names and telephone numbers of potential customers based on target industries list.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of sales, customer service or telemarketing experience
