We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and well-spoken individual to join our team as a B2B telemarketer.

Position Description

  • Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a service.
  • Ability to understand customer objections and resolve them promptly.
  • Obtain customer information such as name, address, and enter into database.
  • Record reactions of prospects contacted.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
  • Research names and telephone numbers of potential customers based on target industries list.
  • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.

Position Requirements

  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of sales, customer service or telemarketing experience

  • Fluent English – excellent reading comprehension, active listening, and persuasive speaking abilities.

  • Selective Attention — The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
