As our Account Manager, you will work with senior client facing leadership focused on ensuring that deliverables exceed expectations. Being obsessed with client’s business and communication objectives is a must to ensure a successful long term relationship.
As our Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Keep current with client’s business strategy
- Understand and keep up-to-date with gamification trends, technology trends, creative and innovative solutions being implemented in the industry
- Understand the client’s formal and informal organization structure and manage matrix relationships to deliver results
- Collect, understand and communicate the client’s business requirements for the project to the development team to translate these into functional specifications
- Facilitate team and client meetings effectively
- Key participant in the project plan execution and ensure that deliverables happen within the agreed to budget and timelines
As our Account Manager, you will possess the following skills, attributes and experience:

- Familiarity with Project Management concepts and principles
