Machine Operator, Chilliwack, BC - 14 December 2016
Very good wages and benefits, but very poor communication within the company, and very poor organization and overall leadership. Quality was initially very good, but became comprimised due to poor organization in leadership during the transition from Chilliwack to Burnaby. I had a somewhat insulated job- insulated from many of the crazy things going on in the workplace, but flexibility became necessary on many occasions. I had to learn to work well with all types of co workers- some excellent, and some very poor, but the work always had to get done by the end of the day. I learned flexibility, leadership, trouble-shooting, clear communication skills, and most of all...to be grateful. Good days have a lot to do with a good attitude!
