Truck Driver (Former Employee), Columbus, OHSeptember 5, 2013
Pros: free dinners after inventory day
Cons: probably driving on ice or climbing around dirty inventory racks.
It was a good place to work overall.I would get to work early in the morning and drive my truck all over Ohio, Kentucky,Indiana, and Michigan delivering fertilizer products.I learned how to keep a log book, how to use fork lifts and loaders. The company was well managed and I enjoyed working with my co-workers.The hardest part of the job was probably driving – more... back home hundreds of miles after working a long day.The most enjoyable part of the job was driving through all the different beautiful countrysides along the way. – less

Leading fertilizer manufacturer/distribution company in the world market
Operations Manager (Former Employee), Sanford, FLJune 14, 2013
One of the worlds largest manufacturing/distributing company for fertilizer products. Communication between upper management and mid-level management lacks greatly. Relationships between branch managers and mid-levels tend to be very good with moderate support for the branch levels. Very difficult to trust upper level management and their decisions.
Hard – more... work and knowledge seems to be recognized by mid-level management much more than upper management. – less

Agronomist (Former Employee), Southern United StatesApril 14, 2013
A youg company, so employees need to be prepared and ready to adapt to change. There are several very intreligent and hard working individuals, but overall management needs a few more years to be organized and effective.
