Loader/Frame Placement (Former Employee) – Austell, GA – 27 October 2015
Match and welding frames, glazing, centralized to one department one location, learned a great deal about welding and how to match glass, the reading to tickets for job production; fun place to work, co-workers constantly joked with other warehouse workers; Supervisors made sure tickets were completed to job specifications, no micro management
Productive Workplace and employee morale projects.
Human Resource Generalist (Current Employee) – Lithia Springs, GA – 3 December 2014
A typical day at work is checking time punches for all hourly employees and making the necessary adjustments. Updating attendance spreed-sheets. Answering any human resource questions presented by employees. I've learned to perform special projects for senior HR staff, shipping, and sales department. Learned how to oversee implementations of action plans. Management worked with all levels of employees to ensure an efficient and productive working environment. The most enjoyable part of the job is the people.
