Pros: steady hours, office setting
Cons: temporary work that disappeared with customer volume.
Typical job duties included heavy phone calls, data entry, shipping and filing along with packet assembly to deliver to other departments. At this job I learned new data systems and how to decifer tasks assigned by those I was assisting. My co-workers were typically busy with expediting refinancial packets and I would facilitate this however I could. The hardest part of the job came toward the end of my stint when there was very little work for me to do, I would find myself going to other departments to ask if there were any tasks. The most enjoyable part of the job was working steady hours in an office setting and making a positive difference in the amount of work delegated.
