PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Achieve sales goals, leadership, sound business management, personnel management, performance management, customer management, building customer relationships, negotiation, sales planning, managing profitability , communication skills, training and implementing new ideas. 4 Year College degree or 5-10 years automotive aftermarket or related sales experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet or exceed sales and financial objectives assigned as annual sales quotas and budgets.
Sets the vision and establishes sales plan, quotas and expense budgets for districts in support of Wix global sales goals.
Prepare, administer, maintain and control all regional budgets. Must maintain accurate records.
Maintain prompt, accurate and complete communications via telephone, e-mail and written reports, required business forms and other business materials with Wix personnel.
Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
Maintains and expands customer base by prospecting new Warehouse Distributors and Master Fleet Distributors. Also, building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
Complete yearly review process with District Sales Manager in order to communicate job expectations, identifying personal and professional growth opportunities, reviewing job performance, reviewing compensation plans and enforcing policies and procedures.
Assist company in collection of past due accounts.
Administer company policies as defined in the sales policy information manual.
Coordinate and /or conduct sales, training and customer meetings.
Must maintain Wix customer-service standards and professionally resolve problems using sound and ethical judgment.
Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of sales and profitability. Then disseminate information to the proper Wix personnel.
Develop strong ties with key customers and accounts and be proactive in understanding the trends and issues likely to impact theses customers, the market and their business
Improve the sales process and organization by making recommendations on strategy and participating in planning and reviews, then preparing and implementing required changes.
Continuously update job knowledge and skills.
Make decisions independently and in partnership with leaders of other functions.
Create and sustain effective collaborative partnerships with other Wix managers and departments.
Additional Requirements:
Overnight travel and other duties as required.
Have a good command of English; French would be an asset and have excellent presentation skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Have a valid driver’s license and a valid passport and be able to travel to U.S.
