Management is geared to showing profit in the short term
so efficiency is key. Typical day is very structured & goal
Orientated. Large orders are given priority because penalties
for late shipments are high. Most workers tend to be job focused
but are encouraged to be team players when large projects
are undertaken. Hardest part is that overtime is required in
order to keep up to order board. Board meetings are held
monthly & everyone is updated at these people meetings.
You don't go away hungry & the CEO will show up from time
to time to give a company wide overview where things are
going. I learned a lot about how teams can function to get
the best result.
