Aeryon Labs is looking to hire an IT Support Specialist to perform a variety of tasks including configuring, supporting and maintaining network servers, and enterprise systems, such a phone, email, intranets. In addition, this person will support a variety of IT needs and requirements of our growing company and report directly to the VP of IT/Admin.
Job Description:
Configure, support and maintain network servers
Troubleshoot and maintain enterprise systems: phone, email, intranets etc
Perform 1st level troubleshooting of IT hardware and software
Document the IT infrastructure and procedures
Perform other facilities and IT tasks as assigned
Required Skills:
Minimum 5+ years working in an IT support environment
completed a degree or diploma in IT or Computer Science
Linux (Ubuntu, Fedora, CentOS, LVM, RAID, LDAP, apache)
Windows XP, Windows 7
experienced with network troubleshooting, maintenance, and setup
experienced with VoIP troubleshooting, maintenance, and setup (asterisk, Cisco SIP phones)
An asset would be experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL
Be a real “people” person, be willing to support smart people and the other variety too, and have the desire as well as the ability to get things done with minimal supervision in a small-team environment
