Ok Empolyer
Inspector (Former Employee), Golden, CONovember 18, 2014
If you are Mechanically inclined this is the employer to call.
If you are not so inclined then stay away.
They seem to be a great company for employers to hire to find the right fit.
Not so great at placing people in the right jobs and once your placed they don't check up on you to see how your doing or if its the right fit for you.

Very helpful staffing agents - but only until your current assignment is over.
Order Tracker/Receptionist (Former Employee), Fife, WANovember 17, 2014
Much like my experience with Kelly Services, I enjoyed the structure of working with a contracting/staffing company such as Aerotek. The agents I worked with were very friendly and interested in your daily activities and attitude toward your assignment. The one thing that differed was that after my assignments were over, I didn't hear from my staffing – more... agent for a while. They did not seem interested in placing their temps for new opportunities - only that they were keeping their customers happy while on the job. – less

ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN (Former Employee), San Antonio, TXNovember 17, 2014
I enjoyed working for Aerotek. I worked on the assembly line at the Toyota Manufacturing Plant. The hardest part was working on the rotating schedule that they use.

Excellent Co-workers and Work Environment
Contractor for ADP, Inc. (Former Employee), Augusta, GANovember 17, 2014
Pros: excellent learning opportunities and positive work environment
Cons: little opportunity for job permanence/advancement and benefits
Answering ADPs' Customers calls to troubleshoot background check statuses.
Management was constantly changing; some of the management were top-notch, others were mediocre.
Co-workers were a pleasure to work with and were always willing to assist one an other.
The most difficult part of the job was deescalating disgruntled clients, yet challenging and – more... a positive learning experience,
The most enjoyable angle of working with ADP as a contractor was the opportunity to learn new systems and how the background check process flowed from beginning to end. – less

Fast-Paced, Good Environment, No Work/ Life Balance
Assigned Recruiter (Current Employee), Appleton, WINovember 17, 2014
Pros: co-workers, friendly environment
Cons: no work/ life ballance
Standard work day consisted of hitting the phones hard from when you get there (7:00am-7:30am) to when you leave (6:00pm-6:30pm). Very fast paced environment with plenty of support outlets. Management is a mixed bag as far as effectiveness but they have your best interests in mind. Co-workers were the best part of the job. Easy to build relationships – more... with and became like a second family. This job is not for you if you value work/ life balance. Success may be attained by spending 12 hours in the office as well as working nights at home during the week and on the weekends. – less

This was a temp to hire job
Call Center Phone Operator (Former Employee), Tucson, AZNovember 15, 2014
Pros: 1 hour lunches, hours
Cons: temp position
This was a temp to hire staffing agency where I provided customers with information about Medicare Part D plans during open enrollment. This job only lasted 3 months but I was promised a full time position and when the upper management found that the call volume was not there, myself and 74 other people were laid off. The hours were morning shifts so – more... I was done at a decent hour of the day but I lived an hour away, that was not the company's fault. – less

AML Compliance Analyst (Former Employee), Newark, DENovember 12, 2014
Pros: several pay options, weekly pay along with a benefit package
Cons: they are not always available, most times i have to leave a voice or email.

Temp. Agent-Data Entry (Former Employee), AhwatukeeNovember 12, 2014
Pros: good money for pointless work that pharmacies could do themselves.
Cons: the management had double standards.
The position was a temporary benefit management company. We received inbound calls from patients and pharmacies. It was a middle man job that felt unnecessary and I guess it's good for the healthcare system that they can create useless jobs for people and pay such high salaries for such a useless job. This was a placement job and it wasn't impressionable.

It a reputable company/ staffing agency that hires temporary workers to full hire
Forklift Operator (Certified) (Current Employee), Fenton, MONovember 12, 2014
Pros: breaks when you feel it most necessary and good working environment
Cons: tensions can build high with some people at times, parts sometimes can get lost which can become a nightmare
Everything is strict and perfection and safety our of the high most importance. Security clearance required, active drug testing, management is always on top of things and there are many coworkers from all over the region. Hardest part of the job if I had to have one is the constant moving around and right when you think that your caught up well think – more... again cause the trucks don't stop and parts are on the constant demand. Wainwright Industries is a 24 hrs 7 days a week facility that works in direct connection with the General Motors facility located in Wentzville. The most enjoyable part of the job is the working atmosphere and the working nights so I can accomplish my many other needs when I'm off. – less

Team Member (Former Employee), Princeton, INNovember 11, 2014
Pros: great pay. great hr department.
Cons: the toll it can take on your body. long hours.
Not everyday was the same as expected from factory work. The hardest part was that it is challenging at first but with time and consistency, it becomes natural to you. Mostly all co-workers are very pleasent to work with. Although most of your time is spent at work, this can become like a second home. They compensate greatly for all the time missed – more... at home with great pay and benefits, you also can climb the latter while working here and find a permanent career. – less

member service rep (Former Employee), Omaha, NENovember 10, 2014
Pros: management, culture, pay, challenging
Cons: n/a
Found me quick employment through TD Ameritrade. Love the culture and management there. I learned a lot about the finance industry. I would chat with clients daily as well as make out bound calls. These conversations were a broad variety and helping the customer with account opening, bringing their money to the firm, and assisting with pretty much anything – more... or routing the call if I could not assist the member. – less
