Role & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver instructor-led technical training courses to dealership technicians
  • Maintain training centre equipment and vehicle inventories
  • Manage individual course registration and roster processing
  • Attends instructor meetings as required
  • Assist in the training development process when required
  • Complete other duties as required


  • Basic proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Intranet/Internet usage
  • Ability to interact effectively with various personality types
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal and platform
  • Ability to multi task and work in a rapid paced environment
  • Broad overall knowledge of Ford vehicle systems operation and component function
  • Proficient in the use of general vehicle diagnostic tools and aptitude

Qualifications/Job Requirements:

  • Certified Automotive Technician with Industry and/or Ford Accreditation
  • Ford product and process related experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills (must be self starter)
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis
  • Holds a current Passport
  • Bilingual (French / English)
