Micro Managed and Disrespected

Management was very over baring - quickly take credit for your success and take over accounts that were almost closed so you loose commissions. Zero trust and they often put employees against one another. Your opinion didn't matter and regardless how successful your relationships were with clients and employees you could never be good enough. Turnover is incredibly high, they use people to get their contacts and sales then fire them when they want to start over again. MANAGEMENT IS THE PROBLEM HERE. You worked 24 hours a day, if the phone rang you answered it and dealt with it. You could work for 2 hours in the morning before you even leave your house and show up 10 minutes late and be reprimanded for it. Unbelievably terrible culture to work in, Owners and Managers may get something out of devoting their lives to this business but office staff get nothing but a small paycheque and grief for dedicating themselves to an organization that does not appreciate the actual work that goes in to pad their pockets. If you're looking for a positive environment and place to grow your career, look elsewhere this is not it.
A lot of potential given the proper management
No work/life balance, on the phone 24 hours a day. Bad Management.
