We are currently recruiting for a part-time Bookkeeper (3 days/week) to maintain the financial records for three small-sized companies.


  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts (A/R, A/P, intercompany)
  • Reconcile imported payroll entries
  • Post journal entries
  • Maintain capital asset schedules
  • File GST returns
  • Prepare month-end working papers (reconciliations, trial balance, and general ledger)
  • Generate income statement, statement of cash flows, and balance sheet
  • Process a small volume of A/P
  • Provide other reports and data as required
  • Work on special projects as assigned
  • Some administrative duties


  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong data entry skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous bookkeeping experience with Quickbooks or equivalent software
  • Be able to work under strict deadlines
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in the use of Windows, Word processing software, Excel
