Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative works in conjunction with our Account Executive Team to convert leads into customers. As the primary lead generator in new business development, this is the ideal role for a driven tele-sales individual to make a difference. The ideal candidate is a skilled sales hunter who is seeking a positive, competitive and energetic work environment.

  • Identify and solicit potential clients
  • Handle client inquiries and promote our funding initiatives
  • Handle high volume calling
  • Meet transfer and lead goals on a daily and weekly basis

Key Qualifications:

Fluency in English
Strong prospecting, negotiation and objection handlings skills
Proven success in inside sales
Ability to learn quickly and apply
Strong communication skills

What we’re looking for:

Cold calling experience considered an asset
Tenacious and professional inside sales expert
Motivated by financial success
Computer literacy
Great work ethic (punctual, hardworking, competitive)
B2B telesales experience considered an asset

What Advanceit Offers:

Downtown location (near McGill metro)
Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (no evenings or weekends)
Bi-weekly pay
Paid lunch hour and training
Excellent pay structure: 15$/hr + daily bonuses
