Cons: no life, too much overtime, get forced to work, no advancement unless you relocate out of state
the people you work with are nice, but managment dont care if you have any thing going on in your life and need to go home for family. they only care about numbers, you could be the hardest worker there and you will not get aknowledged for your hard work. no advancement unless you move out of state. environment is no controled gets to be about 130 degrees inside the plant during the summer and gets cold in the winter.
