- You will be responsible for answering technical related incoming calls from customers
- Resolve inquiries/requests
- Develop and maintain accurate files
- Ensure customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
- Enter detailed case logs
Education/Knowledge: High School Diploma or equivalent. Good familiarity with personal computer parts, peripherals, operating systems, common software, and terminology typically gained through regular personal use and problem solving.
Experience / Skill: 1 year of direct customer service experience, preferably in a help desk environment. Internet experience. Strong customer service skills. Experience in the use of a phone system and in the use of a desktop computer system. Good writing skills. Intermediate keyboarding skills. Required to type 25 wpm.
