E-mail/Customer Support Representative (Afternoons Shifts only)
This is an English inbound customer service role supporting the Client's consumers through inbound calls. The Customer Support Advisor resolves customer's store post-sales request, when possible in a single call, using the Client’s Support protocols as outlined in their Protocols and Procedures

Education/Knowledge: Minimum a High School Diploma or GED required. Knowledge of computer navigation and applications.
Experience / Skill: Minimum of 1 year customer service experience. With above average writing skills and reading comprehension skill; and excellent customer service skills. Required to type a minimum of 30 wpm.
