We are looking to assist recent graduates from Human Resources programs who are looking for un-paid work experience, or current students who are looking for an un-paid co-op placement.
We place temporary staff in industrial labour jobs for our large client in Scarborough.The main perspective would be to develop a sound understanding of the operational functions of our recruitment and selection process.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for learning, understanding as well as performing various daily processes, roles and functions. This will include reception duties, resume pre-screening, scheduling interviews, and administrative duties as related to the above functions.
You are experienced in all Microsoft Office programs, and a great communicator who is interested in the challenge of a fast paced environment.
