I have been registered with AP for a year now and they have had plenty of positions that I am more than qualified for but have not submitted my resume to any of them. I called to find out what was happening and was told my recruiter know longer worked with them. No wonder I would not receive return phone calls or emails. Lost hope in them helping me – more... locate a job. – less
They have never done a thing for me either. I submit, they ask for resume, resend, call and they have nothing.

I have been signed up for awhile now too and the recruiter told me she definitely would help me. When I try to get in touch with her she never gets back to me. I feel like I wasted my time going there.

I have been registered with them for awhile now. The recruiter told me to get in touch with her every 2 weeks to check in. She never gets back to me. I have to get in touch with her 3 times before she finally answers me. I find it rude because when I met with her she told me she definitely would be able to help me and I see jobs posted every day from them.

I have been a temp at the same assigned company with no promise to be hired permanent position. I have been loyal to this company with no promise to be hired.

Cons: more short-term contracts than temp-to-hire positions
AP is a great company to work with. They found me a short-term contract within a week. The process was quick and efficient. I recommend working with AP

accounting clerk (Former Employee), Chicago IL – June 25, 2012
Worked for them on one assignment for 16 months. When it came time for me to actually qualify for a paid holiday, I was told I did not have 26 "consecutive" weeks because I had taken an UNPAID vacation for one week, therefore did not qualify for a paid holiday. It didn't matter that I had more than 26 weeks consecutive at any time of the year! They – more... will do whatever they can NOT to pay you any benefits. And even tho I went to them looking for permanent work, they didn't help at all...why should they when they were making good money off of me? – less

Would be happy to work with this team at any time, they are professional, friendly and encouraging. Have referred a number of friends and associates to them and will continue to do so.
Data Entry (Former Employee), Kansas City, MO – June 14, 2012
Cons: communication
I registered with the office and tested highly on their evaluations. I was called for a data entry position on a Friday to start the following Monday that would last 1 week, 2 at the very most. When I voiced my concerns about it going over that due to previous committments I was spoken to like I was not a professional.

Underwrite credit requests, perform all financial due diligence, coordinate the closing process and monitor a portfolio of clients with credit exposure in excess of $200MM and annual drug spend in excess of $700M. Engage Regional Sales Executives to increase breadth and depth of relationship with customers.
Caring to help you keep working when things are dry.

Pros: gets you work, fast when no reg work yet
Cons: cuts some options, by virtue of being a temp agency. but worthwhile
I thought the woman there treated me very well. I would go back. I just want to get a regular job now. I was grateful for API in 2007. I would def recommend them
